Twenty-five years ago Traditions of Loveville was started as an antique business in the Old Loveville Post Office Building. The owner, Rebecca Boyles, working in partnership with her father, built a reputation for exceptional antique furniture and personal customer service, allowing for the customers to provide the inspiration. Boyles is still the owner today.
When Boyles’ father retired from the business, she sought new furniture lines built to the standard of antiques. Today, the business, housed in 4000 sq. ft., is a magnet for people seeking innovation, artfulness and classic furniture. The products offered have changed considerably over twenty-five years but the goal has always been the same: Provide high quality furniture, accessories, and gifts, stellar customer service, and an honest deal at lower pricing than traditional furniture stores. Word of mouth and an excellent reputation has grown this out-of-the-way-location into a constantly changing visual feast.
Today, Boyles seeks to find the most unique products from some of the world’s most inconspicuous places and the result is a lifestyle store of furniture, art, lighting, rugs, jewelry, handbags, and more. The customer remains our inspiration. They come not just to buy great stuff, but to escape, connect and be inspired.
